Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and set clear expectations.
Monitor project progress and performance utilizing KPIs to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with software engineering teams to ensure timely completion of development tasks and adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to promote an agile work environment.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
Securing all the approval required to go live

Experience details :

Project Management:

Manage multiple DevOps and cloud-related projects simultaneously.
Define project scope timelines and deliverables; track progress and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and resource optimization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and developers.
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with development QA and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Technical Leadership:

Lead the design implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (Azure).
Oversee automation of deployment monitoring and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible Jenkins and Kubernetes.
Ensure high availability scalability and security of cloud-based systems.
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Agile & Scrum Management:

Act as Scrum Master for DevOps and cross-functional teams facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
Promote Agile principles and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize work.

Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
14 years of experience in a technical project management or delivery role.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Should have experience in GenAI/AI or ML implementation
