Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager to lead fabric procurement and supplier management for our Home Textiles business.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in fabric sourcing vendor development costing and supply chain coordination within the home textiles or apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop reliable fabric suppliers & mills
Manage end-to-end fabric sourcing and procurement
Negotiate pricing lead times and quality standards with vendors
Coordinate with design merchandising & production teams
Ensure timely availability of fabrics as per production schedules
Evaluate fabric quality specifications and compliance standards
Monitor market trends pricing and sourcing strategies
Manage supplier performance and vendor relationships
Optimize cost without compromising quality
Maintain sourcing reports and MIS
