Job Summary
Purpose
The Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance delivery discipline and performance tracking across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives ensuring outcomes are delivered on time on budget and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Transformation PMO including governance standards and reporting
Own the integrated transformation plan across multiple workstreams and sponsors
Track benefits realisation risks dependencies and milestones
Provide clear executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
Drive consistency in delivery methodologies tools and cadence
Act as a critical partner to programme sponsors workstream leads and leadership
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management at executive level
Expertise in programme governance planning and benefits management
Highly analytical with excellent communication and influencing skills
Comfortable operating in complex fast-changing environments
Success Measures
Delivery of transformation milestones and benefits
High-quality trusted reporting and decision support
Strong governance with minimal delivery friction
