What youll be doing:
- Exploring people data to uncover patterns trends and ideas that help us understand whats really going on
- Producing clear engaging monthly insight packs for senior leaders
- Bringing together data from different sources across voice surveys attrition hiring performance and connecting the dots
- Supporting HRBPs with practical actionfocused insights
- Helping manage and deliver projects in the Retail People Plan from planning through to execution
- Getting involved in everything from risk reporting to culture insights to cyclical HR processes
- Working closely with Group HR Analytics and Finance to shape how we measure and interpret our people landscape
- Turning complex information into simple compelling storytelling
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong data literacy you enjoy working with numbers and making sense of them
- Good Excel capability (formulas lookups joining data pivot tables)
- Ability to explain insight clearly even to nontechnical audiences
- Curiosity problemsolving mindset and confidence to ask questions
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Power BI and Oracle familiarity helpful (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Some experience in reporting analysis or insights from HR people analytics or any analytical function
