You should have the ability to question and improve upon current processes within the laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Analyze samples like over-the-counter medicines antibiotics and herbal products using advanced techniques such as HPLC GC and UV spectroscopy.
- Develop and validate analytical methods to support our innovative projects.
- Mentor and guide team members sharing your expertise to help them grow.
- Ensure safety practices are followed and laboratory standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot analytical challenges and find creative solutions.
- Your work will play a key role in shaping the future of our drug development efforts. Every day youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and move projects forward
Qualifications :
- A degree in Chemistry (or a related field) with practical experience in techniques like HPLC GC and IR spectroscopy or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on expertise in method development and troubleshooting.
- Experience in delivering technical training to a high standard
- Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 17025 ISO 9001 and GLP.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
