- Engage in various sales activities to promote and sell safety and productivity-enhancing products and services to existing customers and develop new accounts
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas for repairs retrofits components and consultation services
- Prepare accurate price estimates for service work using established tools and guidelines
- Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts to develop and strengthen relationships
- Monitor the workload of the service department and ensure all open time slots are filled with sold work
- Prepare and maintain detailed logs of all sales activities business opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Conduct annual business reviews with key accounts and develop strategic account plans
- Assist in the contract renewal process to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are not lost
- Collaborate with the service department to address customer-related issues promptly
- Monitor customer credit status and assist in collection efforts when necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Adhere to all established safety rules and procedures including those set by customers
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years experience in service-related sales preferably in a technical or industrial environment
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience and training will be considered
