Job Summary
Pay Range:
$35.92 - $53.88A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

Facility: Springfield - Hollis Building
Location: Hybrid Springfield IL (At least 3 days in office)

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Health Administration or related field is required.
- Masters degree in Business Health Administration or related field is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of business development project management or related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare operations with experience in leading complex projects is required.
- 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
- 3 or more years of experience with reporting in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience with Epic reporting tools is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
