Job Summary

Pay Range:

$35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

The Program Manager-Physician Enterprise Projects will lead the successful delivery of all operational and strategic projects of varying complexity with the Medical Group and/or Prairie Cardiovascular. This position will use skills in management lean methodology data analytics and reporting as well as communication to elevate the performance of the Physician Enterprise. Working with Vendors to complete special projects. Operational experience and knowledge of how the clinic works. Experience in using Epic to run and review reports. Guidance for our Directors and Managers for implementation of new projects.

Location: Hybrid Springfield IL (At least 3 days in office)

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:

Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Health Administration or related field is required.
  • Masters degree in Business Health Administration or related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of business development project management or related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare operations with experience in leading complex projects is required.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
  • 3 or more years of experience with reporting in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience with Epic reporting tools is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
