SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy with offices in Spain the United States Mexico Chile Colombia and Brazil. Our global vision and flexibility allow us to successfully deliver utility-scale renewable energy projects worldwide.
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of utility-scale photovoltaic projects in the United States based in Dallas TX with frequent travel to project sites.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead coordinate and fully control the execution of photovoltaic construction projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Direct and support Site Managers and construction teams ensuring proper execution of all project phases (civil works mechanical installation electrical works MV/HV substations etc.).
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers including contract negotiation follow-up and performance control.
- Ensure compliance with project planning budget quality safety and environmental requirements.
- Review approve and control project budgets measurements cost tracking and progress reports.
- Coordinate closely with clients owners engineers and internal departments (Engineering Procurement Logistics Legal).
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations company Safety Quality and Environmental Management Plans.
- Control and manage all project documentation (drawings permits quality records contracts reports).
- Coordinate the transfer of the project to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil Electrical Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
- Proven experience in the U.S. construction market (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. safety standards.
- Solid understanding of photovoltaic plant construction processes and equipment.
- Experience with project management tools (Primavera MS Project or similar).
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
