POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership by managing schedules communications priorities and administrative operations with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. This role requires exceptional organization proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and capable of acting as a trusted extension of the executive team. This role also supports executive visibility into sales and operational performance through CRM interaction reporting and cross-functional coordination.

OBJECTIVES
- Manage executive calendars scheduling meetings travel and appointments
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal teams
- Prepare and organize executive communications presentations and reports
- Track action items and ensure deadlines are met across leadership initiatives
- Support CRM-related activities including data entry updates and reporting support
- Compile and distribute sales and performance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate information flow and reporting alignment
- Provide reporting data and insights to executive leadership to support decision-making
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Coordinate leadership meetings offsites and company events
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support onboarding and internal processes
- Improve workflows and administrative systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 25 years of executive or administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting preferred
- Insurance or financial services experience a plus
