Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport - Assisting passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding procedures - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Assisting passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals - Handling and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Coordinating with other airport staff including flight crew ground crew and security personnel - Maintaining a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the airport management team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required training will be provided - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if necessary. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be based in Kochi Kerala India.
