Were looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team and help keep our projects running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive detail-oriented and excited about working behind the scenes in the vibrant world of performing arts. If you enjoy multitasking problem-solving and being part of a creative environment wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do:

Manage and coordinate calendars appointments and meetings for the executive team

Assist in organizing events rehearsals and client engagements

Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently

Prepare documents presentations and reports as needed

Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders

Contribute to special projects that support the companys goals and growth

Who You Are:

Enthusiastic about the performing arts and eager to support creative endeavors

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent communicator both written and verbal

Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and communication tools

Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information

A team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse personalities

Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required
