A leading international outsourcing group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Road Services Customer Care Specialist to join a large-scale public services project in Porto Portugal. This role supports critical road infrastructure services combining customer support billing and administrative duties. Your Role
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone email and digital channels regarding accounts tolls billing and general service information.
- Administrative Accuracy: Register requests and complaints in internal systems to ensure full traceability and data integrity.
- Financial Tasks: Perform billing collection and revenue reconciliation activities to support the infrastructures revenue protection.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external entities including regulatory bodies and authorities when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure all actions strictly adhere to internal and regulatory standards to maintain high service quality.
Your Profile
- Languages: Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Skills: Strong administrative focus with a high level of attention to detail and confidence handling billing and documentation.
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills across phone and digital platforms.
- Aptitude: Organized reliable and comfortable following specific procedures and deadlines in a structured environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service billing collections or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
