Your Role

SMB Client Support: Assist business clients with advertising account setup product navigation and technical troubleshooting to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Product Optimization: Provide expert guidance on how to use self-service advertising products effectively helping customers optimize their online campaigns for better results.
Multichannel Communication: Deliver professional support across various channels including phone email and live chat ensuring clear and helpful solutions.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify emerging trends and resolve recurring issues that affect multiple clients providing valuable insights to the team.
Product Feedback: Share customer feedback and product insights with the engineering department to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch and fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills in both.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with modern technology and a strong interest in online advertising platforms.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred ideally within a call center environment.
Soft Skills: Empathy a customer-first attitude and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues independently.
Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work in a rotational shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
