Dutch-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Your Role
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and service requests from business clients providing expert assistance with fleet management maintenance and operational inquiries.
- Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints or complex operational issues efficiently ensuring smooth service delivery and client retention.
- Meticulous Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records documenting all interactions to ensure proper follow-up and service continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal fleet management and operations teams to ensure all client inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to optimize the customer journey and suggest process enhancements to elevate the overall experience.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service ideally in a B2B setting or contact center environment.
- Mindset: A customer-first attitude with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Skills: Proactive solution-oriented and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interests: Interest or previous experience in fleet management vehicle leasing or logistics is considered a significant advantage.
