To support overall production by coordinating schedules supervising staff managing resources ensuring safety quality and optimizing workflow for efficiency focusing on daily operations problem-solving and implementing company policies in manufacturing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and adjust production schedules monitor workflows and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee production staff manage schedules provide guidance and help with training and performance.
- Allocate resources manage budgets handle purchase orders and ensure materials are available.
- Address production issues delays or equipment problems to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain records create status reports and communicate progress to management.
- Enforcing policies and regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Previous roles in production like Production Associate or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership problem-solving communication detail-orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of production processes such as mass or continuous production.
