Job Summary

Oversee manufacturing logistics and supporting functions at the factory.
Cultivate culture of safety 6S sustainability D&I and operational excellence.
Implement effective processes to enhance site performance aligned with global and regional targets
Develop and execute factory supply plans aligned with global strategies.
Manage infrastructure and capacity to meet short medium and long-term business requirements.
Govern costs budgets capital expenditures and operational performance.
Establish a people development plan aligned with operational and business needs.
Provide support and coordination for corporate programs and projects
Site legal representative to ensure full legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
What are we looking for
Degree in Business Administration Industrial Management Logistics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar managerial role.
Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of ISO &45000 essential
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
