With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.
This Regional Business Development role has 3 key areas of responsibility namely ;
1.Channel management (50%) focused on leading and optimizing the growth of our existing partners in core markets delivering New Product Introduction goals & metrics. To identify opportunities to cross sell into existing partners.
2.Business development (40%). Identify and onboard potential distribution partners within the NEAPAC region. Prepare infrastructure for New Product Launches.
3.Market Analysis. To understand various reimbursement pathways particularly in developed homecare markets (AU Korea etc). Identify key prescribers market trends and updates.
The role is a mix of working internally and externally with channel partners. Leading & influencing channel partners as a first line approach and to deliver impactful strategies directly or indirectly to clinicians in local markets. The other key focus of this role is developing internal consultation and support with Air Liquide homecare entities operating in the NEAPAC Region.
This role will work closely with the local team reporting to the APAC Area Manager.
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in related fields.
Minimum 5 Years experience in commercial roles for Healthcare
Strategic marketing and/or Sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is a must have
Domain expertise in Respiratory/Pulmonology/Rehab/Sleep/Personal Health industry is preferred
Having either a regional experience in the APAC region or prior background in Respiratory products/ventilation/homecare portfolio is a strong plus point. Channel management experience is a good to have for this role.

Establish a schedule to monitor channel partner activity internal MedGas operations needs and forecasts systematically
Identify risk develop long-term and mid-term strategies and anticipate (at best) the commercial & regulatory landscape and make recommendations to management/ Product Management/ Marketing team to ensure the competitiveness of ALMS in the NEAPAC region
Ability to deliver product training to channel partners sales team in a clinical/professional manner.
