Job Overview: We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff member you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our airport. You will be responsible for assisting passengers handling baggage and performing various other duties to ensure a positive experience for all travelers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other airport services - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto and off of aircraft - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Perform other duties as assigned by the airport management team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required - Must be a team player with a positive attitude - Fluent in English and Hindi additional languages are a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule including nights and weekends. Overtime may be required during peak travel periods.
