As a Recruitment Resourcer you will play a vital role in identifying attracting and shortlisting candidates to meet the needs of our clients. Youll also have the opportunity to uncover new business opportunities and provide essential administrative support to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.

- Salary range 22750 - 25000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Research identify and attract candidates using a variety of methods to meet job requirements.
- Write post and update job adverts in line with company procedures.
- Monitor and process candidate applications efficiently and effectively.
- Qualify shortlist and present suitable candidates for defined job vacancies.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes by liaising with candidates and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive experience.
- Keep our database updated and compliant with company standards.
- Identify and progress new business opportunities and leads to support our consultants.
Qualifications

- Has a methodical approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Is customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Can demonstrate a stable work history and strong organizational skills.
- Is eager to learn grow and contribute to a thriving team.
- Has strong IT skills and can pick things up quickly
No prior recruitment experience No problem! Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day as a Recruitment Resourcer will include:
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates through various platforms.
- Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
- Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Collaborating with consultants to match candidates to client needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identifying potential business opportunities and sharing leads with the team.
