Qualifications :

About You

• Were looking for individuals who bring hospitality excellence into a corporate setting:
• Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotels preferred)
• (e.g. Guest Relations Manager Front Office Manager Concierge Manager Guest Experience Manager) 
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a high-end environment 
• A natural host with a passion for exceptional service delivery 
• Confident communicator comfortable with senior stakeholders and VIPs 
• Highly organised proactive and calm under pressure 
• Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail
