What youll be doing
Own and drive new business development for the Belgian market identifying pursuing and converting new client opportunities in line with eggs growth ambitions
Build and activate your existing Belgian client network (black book) to generate qualified leads and new brand opportunities
Proactively prospect and open doors with decision-makers positioning egg as a strategic partner for brand events and experiential marketing
Represent and promote eggs brand capabilities and expertise within Belgium through meetings presentations and industry networking
Monitor local market trends competitor activity and client needs to identify growth opportunities and keep egg commercially relevant in Belgium
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of won business and a strong client experience from pitch to delivery
Must haves

5 years experience in a commercial role within events hospitality or marketing/communications
An established network of relevant clients and decision-makers that can be actively leveraged to generate new business opportunities fast.
Demonstrated experience working on brand-led events and experiential marketing projects with a strong understanding of how brands show up in live experiences
Strong negotiation skills paired with a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
Eligibility to work as a freelancer in the country where the role is based
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English & Flemish or English & French (no scrambled oeufs at egg svp.)
Nice to haves
Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
