As part of ourBusinessChannel teamyoullhave the opportunity to shape this role and take ownership of your to theHead of Product & Business Channels.
Your responsibilities
Retail networkmanagement:
Responsible for the end-to-end management of our dealers and actas the first point of contactincluding updatesofsystems and tools.
Ensure smooth daily operations and proactively resolve issues.
Maintainstrongcommunicationandact asa remotePOC forservice centers and external partners.
Make decisionsin accordance withcompany policyand inter departmentalignment.
B2B & Installers:
Serve as the main contact for B2B clients and installers.
Collaborate closely with local installers and follow up on quotations.
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the B2B process.
Handle the administrative processing of contracts.
Make commercial decisions based on pricing strategy and local market needs(inalignmentwith management).
What you bring
Experience & knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in asalescommercialoroperationalrole.
Experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus.
Knowledge ofTelco and/or tv contentmarketis a plus.
Experience withaccountor project management is a strong asset.
Languages& skills:
Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English (spoken and written).
Assertive proactive and comfortablein 121communications.
Theability to build andmaintainstrong relationships.
Strongstakeholdercommunicator.
Proficient with digital tools and PC applications.
Able to switch easily between back-office and commercialmanagement.
Independent stress-resistant and able to set priorities.
Hands-on flexible and eager to take initiative.
