You wont just be managing existing accounts; you will be the engine of our expansion positioning our expertise in Software & Platform Engineering to organizations ready for large-scale digital transformation.
Your Pillars of Growth
You will proactively position Devoteam as the trusted partner for Red Hatbased cloud-native platforms and modern application delivery. This role is not about selling infrastructure components. Its about enabling speed reliability and scalability through platform engineering and automation.
Accelerating Software Modernization & Engineering
- The Pitch: Selling the value of Devoteam as a strategic partner to ideate define develop and deliver modern digital products at scale using cloud-native and ai-native software engineering practices. The target audience would BE CIOs CTOs Head of Products or Head of Engineering.
Mastering Platform & Hybrid Cloud
The Pitch : You will promote standardized developer-friendly platforms built on Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform enabling teams to deliver software faster safer and at scale across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
The Value Proposal : Demonstrate how Red Hat technologies bridge the gap between software development and operations creating a common automated platform that improves developer productivity operational resilience security by design and ultimately accelerating time-to-market and reducing operational complexity.
The Goal: Securing strategic partnerships and large-scale infrastructure contracts that form the backbone of our clients modern IT environment.

Direct Sales: You thrive on targets and take personal ownership of your sales pipeline ensuring a consistent flow of new logos.

Proven Sales Drive: You have a significant track record of generating new business in the IT services sector. You know how to navigate complex organizations to find the real budget-holders.
