Role: Offshore Accounts & Finance Administrator
Priority Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 8:30AM -5PM (Mon - Fri) Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Salary Range: USD $1200 - $1500 per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Accounts & Finance Administrator to support the financial and job administration functions of our electrical services business.
This role is not an executive assistant or virtual assistant position. It is a hands-on accounts and finance administration role suited to someone with a strong background in invoicing job costing and finance support within a trade construction or service-based environment.
We are looking for someone who can work independently take ownership of financial processes and maintain a high level of accuracy without close supervision. This is not a junior or data-entry-only role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and issuing invoices through SimPRO (or similar job management systems)
- Allocating labour materials and variations to support accurate job costing
- Supporting accounts receivable including invoice follow-ups and reconciliation support
- Maintaining accurate financial and job-related documentation
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting preparation
- Liaising with operations and project managers to resolve billing or job cost discrepancies
- Maintaining and improving finance and accounts administration processes
- Proactively identifying errors discrepancies or inefficiencies and escalating early
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts administration finance admin or bookkeeping roles (Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant-only backgrounds are not suitable)
- Strong experience with SimPRO preferred or similar job management systems
- Experience with accounting platforms such as MYOB Xero or equivalent
- Solid understanding of job costing and invoicing in trade or service-based businesses
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work autonomously manage priorities and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment
