Job Summary

Job Title: IT Project Manager

What youll own

Youll be the dedicated PM driving a telehealth-enabled hospital-at-home initiative-launching a pilot while building the strategic growth plan.

Key responsibilities

Run the full delivery cadence: project plan milestones dependencies RAID log status reporting escalation.
Keep deliverables on track across IT clinical/ops vendors security/privacy and leadership.
Drive next steps workstream execution:
- Define speed-to-execution plan critical path and timeline tradeoffs.
- Help align on scale assumptions and phased rollout.
Build the proforma inputs with stakeholders:
- Overhead operational costs
- Margin by service line
- Required bolt-on resources to hit timeline/cost
Coordinate go-to-market readiness resourcing

Required experience

5 years PM experience delivering technology initiatives end-to-end.
Healthcare IT background (provider/hospital environment strongly preferred).
Track record of driving cross-functional execution under deadlines (not just reporting).
Strong stakeholder management-able to push decisions and enforce accountability.
Comfortable in ambiguity; builds structure fast.

Preferred

Telehealth remote patient monitoring virtual care command center or hospital-at-home experience.
Experience coordinating with governance/board timelines and funding/grants-related stakeholders.
