Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage and investigate customer notifications to resolve quality issues and ensure timely customer communication
Conduct receiving and in-process inspections to verify product compliance with specifications and quality standards
Identify document and report non-conformances and support corrective and preventive action processes
Support the Baba Project by monitoring quality activities and ensuring compliance throughout all project phases
Perform internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure audit findings are resolved

Requirements:

Associate s degree in Science or Engineering
3 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
