Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and investigate customer notifications to resolve quality issues and ensure timely customer communication
- Conduct receiving and in-process inspections to verify product compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Identify document and report non-conformances and support corrective and preventive action processes
- Support the Baba Project by monitoring quality activities and ensuring compliance throughout all project phases
- Perform internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure audit findings are resolved
Requirements:
- Associate s degree in Science or Engineering
- 3 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
