This position is full time. The successful candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for prepping and finishing all job-related material (sanding cutting staining painting etc.) in an efficient and timely manner. Our homeowners value quality and expect exceptional results so attention to detail is a must!Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and finish surfaces by cleaning sanding priming and applying paint or stain. Mix and match colors and finishes; apply coatings using brushes rollers or sprayers. Unloading and loading products. Maintain equipment and tools. Prep and finish all materials. Provide support to production crews and warehouse. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards on site.
