Role: HR coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support: Respond to HR-related inquiries regarding policies procedures and benefits.
Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinates calendars across candidates hiring managers and panels often across multiple time zones. Sets up virtual meeting links or physical rooms handles travel arrangements and manages test assessments.
Candidate Communication: Serves as the main point of contact providing updates interview details and feedback.
Compliance: Ensure company adherence to federal state and local labor laws and regulations.
Administrative Support: Coordinate HR events meetings trainings and performance review cycles.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings screen resumes schedule interviews conduct background checks and facilitate new hire orientation.
Records Management: Maintain accurate confidential and updated employee files both digital and physical.
Benefits & Payroll:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and processing payroll data including timekeeping and leaves
