LexiConn is looking for an Operations & HR Executive with good communication skills (written and verbal). This role supports payroll coordination statutory compliance tracking and operations. The role requires involvement in salary processing compliance insurance and vendor management.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly salary inputs and share them with payroll consultants
- Track statutory compliance timelines and coordinate with external consultants
- Support documentation and data sharing related to PF ESI insurance and audits
- Coordinate with vendors for billing requirements
- Act as a point of contact for routine operational HR-related queries
- Manage joining and exit coordination including documentation and handovers
- Prepare and issue standard documents such as offer letters confirmation letters and experience letters using tools like Zoho Sign
Ideal Profile
- 13 years of experience in operations people operations admin payroll support or coordination roles
- Formal HR qualification not mandatory
- Candidates from admin or operations backgrounds are welcome
- A good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable with calls reminders and routine operational work
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Reliable organised and process-oriented
