Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles partnering with hiring managers and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining strong candidate experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and vendor partners
  • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds
  • Manage offer rollout negotiations and joining follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT cost per hire pipeline)
  • Build and manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation in coordination with HR Ops
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies roles and hiring trends
  • Hands-on experience with ATS job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills
