Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles partnering with hiring managers and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining strong candidate experience and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and vendor partners
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds
- Manage offer rollout negotiations and joining follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT cost per hire pipeline)
- Build and manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation in coordination with HR Ops
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of IT technologies roles and hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with ATS job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills
