Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
Support onboarding activities by preparing documents scheduling orientations and assisting new hires.
Help maintain HR databases employee records and documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
Participate in training and development initiatives.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports managing HR correspondence and updating records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
