The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
GM opportunity in San Diego County at Courtyard El Cajon; small town feel is a great opportunity for in-market or relocations to San Diego area for well qualified candidates; 120 room property with Bistro Bar and 6000 sq feet of meeting space. Typical background/knowledge for CY with F&B/banquets; manage/support DOS and Catering sales as well as revenue acumen needed.
salary base plus bonus plan paid twice yearly.
The salary range for this position is $120000 to $130000 annually.
