Position Overview

The Landscaper / General Labor position supports residential and commercial landscaping projects including lawn care dirt work and general outdoor labor. This Landscaper / General Labor role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want the opportunity to grow into a crew lead position.

Required Experience & Skills

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (MUST)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Landscaping or skid steer experience is a plus (not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Valid drivers license is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Landscaper / General Labor role includes:
Perform landscaping tasks including dirt work and lawn maintenance
Operate or assist with mowing and general groundskeeping
Assist with snow removal as needed
Perform general outdoor labor across residential and commercial job sites
Ride with crew members to various job locations
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Support team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in landscaping lawn care or outdoor labor
Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment
Interest in growing into a crew lead or leadership role

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Frequent standing walking bending and lifting
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
