Key Responsibilities
Agency & Operations Management

Manage external tele-calling agencies including team leads and vendor proprietors to meet BAU collection targets.

Monitor daily performance of agents and teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved.

Coordinate with internal teams to support branch-level and operational requirements.

Handle empanelment of new collection agencies as per business needs and location requirements.
Business & Financial Management
-
Drive improvements in collections and legal recovery performance.
-
Ensure delivery of targets communicated by the Collections Head.
-
Manage Non-Cooperative Loan (NCL) collections through off-roll tele-calling teams.
Customer Focus
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-
Review agent performance and personally visit delinquent 90 DPD customers when required.
-
Oversee settlement processes repossession activities and police station visits related to recovery cases.
People / Team Management
-
Lead and coordinate off-roll tele-calling staff.
-
Act as a bridge between off-role tele-calling teams and branch teams for smooth operations.
-
Identify gaps and implement new solutions to improve collection efficiency.
Process & Compliance
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal collection models.
-
Monitor end-to-end collection processes including branch cash reconciliation.
-
Maintain quality standards and ensure process discipline across agencies.
