We have an exciting opportunity for aKey Account Managerto join a dedicated team who are committed to delivering superiorImaging solutionsto the healthcare sector in Australia.
Based in Sydney and reporting to the General Manager Oceania your role will be selling the Agfa Digital Radiology products across the Imaging portfolio to achieve the allocated budget for the assigned territory.Deliver sales successthrough the development of new opportunities and maintenance of existing business through the successful sales of Agfa Digital Radiology solutions. This role includes Key Account Management responsibilities for Corporate radiology and Public Health accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the customers single point of contact for Agfa products services technical issues and supply issues.
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa products and services.
- Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts which includehospitals government facilities imaging centres physician practices etc.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Agfa resources to quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Develop/present/execute solutions to migrate existing customers from analog to digital at the customers pace; identify/engage resources at strategic times during the transition plan.
- Drive/manage relationships within the industry includingprofessional societies distributors OEMs etc.
- Develop key account-specific business plans to increase revenues.
- Generate and act upon leads.
- Regularly Update Customer Sales Tool
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to sell capital equipment within the Healthcare sector
- Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services; must possess executive skills.
- Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and markets.
- Innovative creative and resilient willing to take risks.
- Ability to gain respect through credibility reputation and technical/business expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Strong change management skills as a change agent/facilitator. Strong influential/persuasion skills.
- Consultancy skills to develop solutions from conceptual ideas.
- Proactive self-starter action oriented results oriented.
- Ability to travel depending upon geographic business or customer needs.
- Must have legal entitlement to permanently live and work in Australia
