Job Summary
- 12-month fixed term contract
- Based in Sydney CBD
- Hybrid working arrangement 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
Whats the role
As the Product Control Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the banks trading financials. Youll oversee daily P&L reporting support month-end close maintain strong control frameworks and provide clear insights into trading performance.
Youll work closely with front office risk operations and finance teams while acting as the first point of contact for senior analysts and promoting a high performance culture.
What do I need
Were looking for a motivated self-sufficient and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial markets.
In addition:
- Experience in FICC product accounting (Credit Rates Commodities & FX)
- CPA qualified or working towards CPA accreditation desirable
- Background in product control financial control or trading support
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
- High attention to detail and strong problemsolving mindset
- Positive accountable and solutionsfocused approach
