Identify analyze and resolve technical challenges to ensure application stability and performance.
Document application workflows processes and configurations for clarity and maintainability.
Participate in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Expertise in ServiceNow application development configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (e.g. JavaScript GlideScript).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
