We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team. A deep understanding of the domain registration industry will be beneficial.

What You will do:
Plan execute and optimize performance-led campaigns aligned to CPA ROAS and conversion goal.
Own media planning budget allocation bidding strategies and performance forecasting.
Build and scale high-intent audiences using behavioral interest and performance data.
Manage Google Ads and social media platforms with a strong focus on efficiency and scale.
Monitor campaigns daily and take proactive optimization actions.
Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and insights.
Deliver clear outcome-focused reports highlighting impact learnings and next steps.
Collaborate with content and design teams to improve CTR CVR and overall efficiency.
Work closely with SEO analytics and other teams to drive integrated performance strategies.

Requirements

36 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing managing large-scale budgets.
Strong expertise in Google Ads Bing Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience with programmatic platforms and media buying (Amazon DSP is an added advantage).
Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
