Job Summary

Job Summary-

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives for a voice process.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and are looking to start their career in the BPO/customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Maintain call logs and customer records
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria-

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers to 6 months

Skills Required-

Good verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
