Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (search social display programmatic affiliates email). Advice on budget allocation for optimal ROI.
- Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives
Digital Capability Development
- Assess market digital maturity and create growth roadmaps.
- Guide deployment of analytics tracking and tools in less mature regions
- Develop & deliver training programs.
- Build a knowledge-sharing framework between markets.
Analytics Reporting & Insights
- Maintain centralized reporting dashboards
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership & Country teams
Qualifications :
Qualifications : Post Graduate in Management
Range of Years of Experience : 7 years brand and marketing experience with in-depth a focus on digital and performance marketing
Must Have Exposures / Experiences : Hands on experience of running digital media campaigns with a goal of increasing business while optimising cost
Full funnel and entire customer journey understanding to build evaluate and optimise holistic campaigns
Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
Business Understanding : P&L exposure
Deep understanding of all digital marketing channels - Social Media SEO SEM Affiliate marketing Programmatic advertitising Website optimisation Campaign Analytics
Evaluation of digital impact on business metrics
