Job Summary

Position Title: Executive - Pre-Sales
Department: Marketing
Reports To: CEO
Location: Mumbai Andheri East
Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate excellent communication skills and the ability to drive sales through Telephone Online Interactions &Video Calls. As a Telesales Executive candidates will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients providing information about our commercial real estate offerings and generating leads for our sales team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling email and other outreach methods to generate new business opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the details of available commercial properties including office spaces retail locations and industrial properties.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads address client queries and close sales through consultations and property viewing arrangements.

Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate market to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and business development.


Requirements:
Proven experience in pre-sales or telemarketing preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges during sales conversations.
Basic understanding of commercial real estate products and services.
Self-motivated target-driven and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is an advantage.
