About this position:
Our client is a premium real estate development specializing in the sale of off-plan residential units in Syokimau. We are seeking a highly driven strategic and results oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales operations. The role is onsite in Syokimau and carries full responsibility for sales performance client engagement team productivity and overall revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and execute aggressive sales and Marketing strategies to drive unit sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and actively push daily weekly and monthly sales performance of the team.
- Personally drive high value deals and support the team in closing complex or high ticket sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of inbound leads generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Actively monitor client engagement across all touchpoints to ensure high conversion and satisfaction rates.
- Train coach and continuously develop the sales team to improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients investors agents and strategic partners.
- Oversee property presentations site visits client meetings and sales negotiations.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports forecasts and market feedback to management.
- Overall responsibility for pushing sales and ensuring the project meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Sales Marketing Real Estate Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience selling off-plan real estate developments.
- Strong sales acumen with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proven experience in leading a real estate sales team.
- Highly results driven aggressive and with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation closing and client relationship management skills.
