As a Lead Support Specialist reporting to the Technical Support Manager/Field Service Manager or Division Manager dotted line reporting to Regional Technical Support Manager you will provide support to the Field team and customers through the training and on-boarding of new Service Specialist ongoing training of existing Service Specialists completing of Quality audits in addition to providing effective pest detection elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of customers including commercial businesses retail stores F&B plants restaurants hotels hospitals and schools
