This is a remote position.
The Information Processing Clerk plays a key role in supporting clinical and administrative operations by accurately processing organizing and maintaining health information and documentation. This position ensures timely data entry secure handling of records and excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process review and enter information into electronic systems and databases on time
Organize upload and index digital documents such as forms reports referrals and correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records while ensuring data integrity and completeness
Verify information for accuracy identify missing or unclear details and follow up as needed
Manage incoming electronic communications including emails digital files and scanned documents
Route information to appropriate departments or team members according to established procedures
Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow in a remote environment
Communicate professionally with internal staff to resolve data or documentation issues
Adhere strictly to privacy confidentiality and data-protection policies when handling sensitive information
Meet productivity and quality standards while working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in office administration health administration or a related field is an asset
Previous experience in an administrative clerical or data entry role preferred but not required
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic to intermediate computer skills including familiarity with email document management and spreadsheet tools
Ability to learn and navigate new software and electronic systems efficiently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and access to a secure quiet workspace
