This is a remote position.
Brookside Health Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation & Reporting Assistant to support accurate record-keeping data reporting and administrative documentation across clinical and operational teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance data accuracy and timely reporting while supporting day-to-day documentation needs.
The ideal candidate is reliable discreet and comfortable working with structured data reports and confidential information in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare organize and maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with company and regulatory standards
Assist with compiling weekly and monthly reports for internal departments
Review documents for accuracy completeness and consistency
Enter and update data in internal systems and databases
Support audits by organizing requested records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and follow up on missing data
Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information
Maintain digital filing systems and document version control
Perform general administrative support related to documentation and reporting
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus)
Previous experience in documentation reporting data entry or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word Excel Docs Sheets)
Ability to follow written procedures and meet deadlines
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Clear written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
