Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Brookside Health Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation & Reporting Assistant to support accurate record-keeping data reporting and administrative documentation across clinical and operational teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance data accuracy and timely reporting while supporting day-to-day documentation needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable discreet and comfortable working with structured data reports and confidential information in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare organize and maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with company and regulatory standards

  • Assist with compiling weekly and monthly reports for internal departments

  • Review documents for accuracy completeness and consistency

  • Enter and update data in internal systems and databases

  • Support audits by organizing requested records and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and follow up on missing data

  • Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information

  • Maintain digital filing systems and document version control

  • Perform general administrative support related to documentation and reporting



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus)

  • Previous experience in documentation reporting data entry or administrative support preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word Excel Docs Sheets)

  • Ability to follow written procedures and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

  • Clear written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field Experience in clinic operations healthcare management or a similar leadership role Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations billing processes and electronic medical record systems Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in healthcare administration or a related field Experience with quality improvement or performance management initiatives Healthcare management certification
