This is a remote position.
Brookside Health Group is seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Assistant to support the organization maintenance and accuracy of administrative and operational records. This role assists with record organization data accuracy document handling and compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail confidentiality awareness and the ability to follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize maintain and update physical and digital records in accordance with company guidelines
Assist with data entry verification and routine audits to ensure record accuracy
Index file retrieve and archive documents as required
Support record retention and disposal procedures following internal policies
Monitor records for completeness consistency and proper formatting
Assist departments with document requests and information retrieval
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Perform general administrative support related to records and documentation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in records management data entry administrative support or clerical roles preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with document management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow established procedures and instructions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines
