ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Consult with strategic leaders and HR COEs to identify learning needs/gaps
- Partner with team members to ensure the successful launch/ engagement of the various LD products
- Proactively apply best practices to learning design development and delivery to achieve excellence in output (Ecosystem and Culture)
- Execute learning needs analysis design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards and processes
- Manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed
- Facilitate in classroom and virtual leadership training workshops
- Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance
- Continually evolve blended learning content and maximize the use of online tools innovating and experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging fun and supports learner needs
- Developing multi-modal learning and performance support material including blended classroom learning interactive e-learning modules videos and voice overs animations and infographics
- Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatricks four levels of evaluation; Reaction Learning Behavior and Results
- Support a culture of coaching empowering leaders to develop their teams performance on how to build high performing teams
QualificationsAbout You:
- Experience administering Linkedin Learning which includes user maintenance and reporting
- Knowledge of SharePoint design creating and managing lists and document libraries and creating pages which incorporate social learning methodologies
- Ability to design and create graphical representations of key concepts through infographics and animations
- Create impactful communications to support the leadership development initiatives
- Experience using Articulate 360 to design and develop online learning content to support the leadership development initiatives
- Experience in facilitating training courses and/or facilitating presentations desirable
- A good understanding of coaching professional development and stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal skills communication skills and influencing skills
- Working in a global team you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations
- Experience using AR/VR technologies that create learning experiences that transform how employees acquire and apply knowledge using immersive learning techniques.
- Enable hands-on practice in safe environments (sand box) which can expediate job to performance time.
- Support remote and self-paced learning which integrates a cross-platform functionality.
