Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in testing web mobile and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent SQL skills proven experience in end-to-end QA processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web mobile and API applications
• Perform functional regression system and integration testing across platforms
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
• Conduct API testing including request/response validation error handling and security checks
• Validate UI/UX functionality for web and mobile applications
• Identify document and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with developers product owners and business stakeholders
• Contribute to automation strategy and frameworks (where applicable)
• Ensure QA best practices documentation and quality standards are followed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Software QA & Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
•        API testing
•        Web application testing
•        Mobile application testing
• Strong SQL querying and data validation skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and design test strategies
• Strong defect management & root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Appium RestAssured Postman automation etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of performance or security testing concepts
• Exposure to cloud-based environments

Qualifications :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hybrid work model employees are required to work from the office on Monday Wednesday and Friday.
• Working Hours: India shift ends at either 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 AM EST or 12:30 AM IST / 3:00 AM EST.
• Work Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune
