Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

Testing & Validation: Perform Manual and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing to evaluate prototype and production-intent software/calibration on the bench. (Experience with LUIS bench or ACCEPTS bench is an added advantage).
Defect Management: Document and thoroughly analyze test results. Submit change requests or defect reports to the software development team.
Test Automation: Automate regression test procedures utilizing SIL Puresim and NI TestStand.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex bench and software-related issues.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong ability to read interpret and understand Simulink models.
Prior experience working cross-functionally across global teams and geographies is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (both upward reporting and downward collaboration).
Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronic Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of highly relevant industry experience.
General IT: Working knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.

Software & Simulation: Calterm MATLAB/Simulink PCAN Explorer Cummins Insite PTC Integrity C2ST.
Testing & Validation Frameworks: SIL Puresim NI TestStand.
