The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer 2 is responsible for test automation with agile and waterfall teams for core application projects which impact our care center clients and customers. This role will work with team members to ensure automated testing is complete with proper coverage for all the requirements. It includes writing automation test scripts using an object-oriented Ruby Cucumber framework for multiple applications like web based web services and database. Contribute to extending the existing framework. Executing tests as needed throughout projects analyze and report test results. Identify and track defects through their lifecycle. Utilize defect management and organization skills provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to project team. Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives. Follow team and company standards and contribute to refine and improve process and procedure while defining and maintaining test data.
